What MEI Living Is

MEI Living is MEI Global’s property management division. We manage residential properties in Dubai on behalf of owners — apartments, villas, and residential blocks — acting as the single point of contact for everything connected to that property: leasing, legal paperwork, maintenance, financial reporting, and the day-to-day decisions that come with owning real estate in a market you may not live in full-time.
We manage both long-term tenancies (12+ months, under an Ejari-registered contract) and short-term / holiday-home rentals (under a DET Holiday Home permit) — two genuinely different disciplines, both handled under one roof, so owners can choose the model that fits their property without needing two separate providers.

Who It's For

  • Owners living outside the UAE who need someone physically present in Dubai
  • Owners living in Dubai who’d rather not have a rental property competing with their time
  • First-time landlords who don’t yet know the local rules and don’t want to learn them the hard way
  • Experienced investors with multiple properties who want one consistent standard across all of them
our values

What We Handle

Short-Term & Holiday Home Management

For owners who prefer — or whose property suits — short-term letting, we manage the full operational load that comes with it: multi-platform listing management, 24/7 guest communication, dynamic pricing, turnover cleaning, permit compliance, and revenue reporting. This is a continuous, hands-on service, genuinely different from long-term management, and priced accordingly.

Ownership & Legal Advisory

For owners — particularly those based overseas — who need more than day-to-day management: pre-purchase advisory, snagging and handover support, authorized legal representation, Golden Visa guidance, will registration assistance, and ownership structuring advice.

Management Fees

Rather than multiple service tiers, we price simply by rental type — every property receives our full standard of service, and the fee reflects the difference in workload between managing a long-term tenancy and an active short-term rental.

Long-Term Management — 5% of annual rent.

Full leasing, tenant screening, contracts, maintenance coordination, and financial management for tenancies of 12+ months.

Short-Term / Holiday Home Management — 18% of gross booking revenue.

Full guest experience management, turnover, compliance, and owner reporting for holiday-home rentals — priced higher to reflect the continuous, hands-on nature of short-term management.
